– Deluxe package for weddings – 900 Euro: One photographer with professional equipment, for the entire event. All the photographs taken, professionally edited, delivered on a personalized memory stick, plus two exquisite personalized photobooks, size 30 x 30cm, 40 hardened pages, premium materials for covers.

– A second photographer with professional equipment – 400 euro, regardless the package.

– Extra albums album or other special requests will be negotiated on spot.

– Basic package for Christening – 400 Euro: One photographer with professional equipment, for the entire event. All the photographs taken, professionally edited, delivered on a personalized memory stick.

– Deluxe package for Christening – 700 Euro: One photographer with professional equipment, for the entire event. All the photographs taken, professionally edited, delivered on a personalized memory stick, plus two exquisite personalized photobooks, size 25 x 25 cm, 40 hardened pages, with covers made from premium materials.

– Basic package for family photo sessions – 100 Euro: One photographer with professional equipment, for the entire shooting. All the photographs taken, professionally edited, delivered via file sharing service – The shooting, about one hour, will take place at the customer’s location, or in nature, park, etc. There is no available photo studio.

– Deluxe package for family photo sessions – 300 EURO: One photographer with professional equipment, for an extended shooting session (two hours). All the photographs taken, professionally edited, delivered via file sharing service, plus an exquisite album in size 20 x 20 cm, 20 hardened pages. The shooting will take place at the customer’s location, or in nature, park, etc. There is no available photo studio.

Professional Videos

–Basic package for weddings – 500 Euro: One videographer with professional equipment, for the entire event. About 3 hours* of Full HD footage (1920 x 1080 50p), professionally edited, plus a short movie “Best Moments”, all delivered on a personalized memory stick.

Deluxe package for weddings – 800 Euro: One videographer with professional equipment, for the entire event. About 3 hours* of 4K footage (3840 x 2160 50p), professionally edited, plus a short movie “Best Moments”, all delivered on a personalized memory stick.

– *The length of the final material depends on how dynamic is the event. We film the event in a reportage stile, capturing all the main parts, the atmosphere and all dynamic happenings. Please be informed that we are not filming continuously the entire event.

– A second videographer with professional equipment – 400 Euro, regardless the package.

– Drone filming (only outdoor sequences, maximum 20 minutes of footage per event) – 200 Euro. Drone filming can be limited or banned by the authorities in certain areas. No-fly zones will be checked and confirmed prior any commitment.

– Full event recordings will require detailed specifications, agreed by the both parts prior to the event. The price will be negotiated on spot.

Notes:

All the prices are final, no VAT will be added, as World Media Concept is not enrolled as a VAT payer.

All payments will be completed in Lei, at the BNR exchange rate of the payment day.

An advance payment of 20% of the total amount will be paid when the contract is signed.

All payments will be completed according to the fiscal law, cash or via bank transfer.

The final payment will be completed until or no later than the end of the event subject of the contract. Bank transfers must be confirmed one day before the event’s day.

Orders for both packages together (Photo & Video) will be discounted with 100 Euro from the total amount.

For longer distances, the terms will be negotiated on spot.

We will use our own car with no extra costs, within the above mentioned range.

Corporate Events

Conferences, Receptions, Parties

Professional Photographs: One photographer with professional equipment, for the entire event  – 400 Euro (maximum 8 hours in a single day). All photographs, professionally edited, will be delivered via file transfer services. For longer lasting events, 50 Euro / extra hour will be charged. Events lasting for more days will be charged 400 Euro / day, plus 50 Euro / extra hour, over 8 hours / day.

Professional Videos: One videographer with professional equipment, for the entire event  – 500 Euro (maximum 8 hours in a single day). The professionally edited movies will be delivered on a memory stick. For longer lasting events, 50 Euro / extra hour will be charged. Events lasting for more days will be charged 500 Euro / day, plus 50 Euro / extra hour, over 8 hours / day. At customer’s request, the movie can be uploaded on World Media Concept’s YouTube account, as public or unlisted, for easier and faster sharing. This service is offered for free, as long as YouTube won’t charge our company.

The above prices are available for Bucharest area and 10 Km away, beyond the city ring. For remote locations the price will be negotiated on spot.

Photo Sessions, Fashion Videos

Photo Sessions

Sessions taken on stage, in nature or special locations – 100 Euro / hour (price for Bucharest area and 10 Km away, beyond the city ring). For remote locations the price will be negotiated on spot.

Fashion movies filmed on stage, in nature or special locations – 100 Euro for every hour of filming session (the time starts once arrived in location) , plus 100 Euro / minute of edited material (if the length of the final movie will be under 2 minutes, the minimum charge for the edited movie will be 200 Euro).

Prices are set for Bucharest area and 10 Km away, beyond the city ring. For remote locations the price will be negotiated on spot.

All the professional lights (flashes and reflectors) needed for the shooting will be supplied by our company.

No photo studio available. Photo studio rental can be arranged  with a third party and will be the subject of further negotiations.

All costs related to the access or to the rental of any location will be paid by the customer.

World Media Concept cannot supply make-up artists, costumes, special decorations.

Product Photography, Product Presentation Videos

Product Photography:

Delivered as shot, no background changes – 10 Euro / product, maximum 5 photographs / product.

Edited, plus background replacement – 25 Euro / product, maximum 5 photographs / product.

Jewelries and small products can be shot at the photographer’s studio. Larger products or clothes will be shot only in the customer’s location.

The above prices are available only for Bucharest area and 10 Km away, beyond the city ring. For remote locations the price will be negotiated on spot.

Product Presentation Movie:

Fiming session will be charged with 100 Euro / hour. The final footage will be charged with 200 Euro / minute of edited material

The filming session prices is valid for Bucharest area and 10 Km away, beyond the city ring. For remote locations the price will be negotiated on spot.

The film will be shot in the customer’s location.

Commercials, promo clips, interviews

Movies filmed on stage, in studios, in nature or special locations – 300 Euro / hour, plus 200 Euro / minute of edited material. The minimum length charged is 1 minute. The price is valid for Bucharest area and 10 Km away, beyond the city ring. For remote locations the price will be negotiated on spot.

All the professional equipment, microphones, lights (flashes and reflectors) needed for the shooting will be supplied by our company.

Performance Videos and Videoclips

Movies filmed on stage, in studios, in nature or in special locations – 200 Euro / hour, plus 200 Euro / minute of edited material. The minimum length charged is 2 minutes. The price is valid for Bucharest area and 10 Km away, beyond the city ring. For remote locations the price will be negotiated on spot.

The singer must supply the negative of the song, in order to add it in post.

All the professional equipment, sound recorders, video lights (flashes and reflectors) needed for the shooting will be supplied by our company.

No musical instruments, speakers, cables, power sources, stage lights, light or sound effects wil be supplied by World Media Concept.

Tourism, Documentaries, Reportages, Technologies, Processes

Short & long term projects, developed on field and in studio, including information gathering, interviews, classic and drone filming (if permitted), professional editing, voice over, subtitles.

  • Acquiring images: two persons crew, all the necessary equipment (cameras, accessories, lights, microphones, drone, etc.) – 5000 Euro / 7 days per week, 8 hours / day (including travel time both ways).
  • Documenting: For touristic and historical sites – 1000 euro / project. Other types of projects will be discussed and negotiated on spot.
  • Experienced reporter for interviews: 300/day, travel time included
  • Narrator & voice-over (texts selection, texts adapting, in studio recordings) – 600 euro/day (8 hours)
  • Professional edit – 1000 euro/hour of “good to publish” material (including titles, credits, tranzitions, subtitles or voice-over synchronizing, backgrounds. This price includes 5 corrections of the first presented version of the movie, according to customer’s indications.
  • The team can travel anywhere in the world, except and not limited to: war zones, politically unstable countries, contaminated or infected areas, extreme weather (deserted and frozen lands), not charted caves and spots, not marked paths, dangerous wildernesses, extreme heights and depths reachable in unsafe ways.
  • The customer will pay for all travel related expenses, including and not limited to: Visas, vaccines, life and health insurances, flight tickets, fuel & vehicle expenses, accomodation (must be accepted by the crew, prior booking), meal and refreshments (fixed amount / day / person), parking and access fees, local transport fees, filming fees where applicable.
  • All the above prices and terms will be included in the contract, and can be the subject of further negotiations. 
  • We won’t accept any project related to political or criminal investigations, espionage, family and private investigations. Please don’t contact us for any of these matters.
  • Prior signing the contract, the customer will supply to the team a list of requirements regarding the content and the technical specifications of the final material. That list will be discussed and agreed in written, by both parts. In the and, this list will become part of the contract.
  • The final material can be uploaded on YouTube, on World Media Concept account, free of charge, as long as YouTube won’t charge World Media Concept for this, and as long as the footage is not the subject to a copyright claims, of anykind. Any copyright payment will be completed by the customer at anytime, during the production or at anytime after, when a justified claim could occur.

Sport Tournaments

  • Photographs taken during the event, before, after and behind scene, 1000 euro / event. The price is valid for one photographer, in Bucharest area, or 10 Km beyond the city ring. Any farther event will be subject of further negotiations.
  • Filming is subject of detailed negotiation and the price will depend on the number of cameras / videographers, the lenght of the event, technical specifications of the final footage. We do not perform live broadcasts.
  • Photographs taken during the event, before, after and behind scene, 1000 euro / event. The price is valid for one photographer, in Bucharest area, or 10 Km beyond the city ring. Any farther event will be subject of further negotiations.
